Open Enrolment: industry-specific training, custom quality
Besides the customized training we regularly organize industry-specific trainings and workshops based on open enrolment. This avails training and workshops to individuals who wish to gain knowledge about a specific topic. In addition, the public sessions are very interesting because the trainees do share know how with other participants and expand their network.

We leave nothing to chance and have developed a sound approach in order that the quality and effectiveness of our training can be guaranteed. An public enrolment with us consists in three phases: preparation, implementation and aftercare. These phase are explained below:-
Preparation
During the intake we collect relevant information about the participant and his work situation. Following the intake, we prepare a memorable training and provide for the learning needs of participants.
Execution
Typical Précon-courses are renowned for their practical and interactive character. Trainers ask many questions, stimulate discussions and give practical examples and assignments frequently adjusted based on years of experience.
Aftercare
After the training the participants receive a Précon certificate. In addition, our trainers are always willing to deal with questions from participants when they arise during their activities back on the job.
