Précon offers training in different formats, sizes and approaches. Also in different languages such as Dutch, Arabic, Polish and English. Depending on the business requirements, the wish of the clients and the number of trainees to be trained we will agree on a best fitting training plan.
Classroom training
The Précon classroom trainings are known for their practical and interactive characteristics. Précon trainers are selected on their enthusiasm and interpersonal skills. They focus on understanding the training objectives, foster discussions and put forward real life examples. Cases are assigned based on many years of experience in different industry segments.

E-learning
E-learning is a training method where the trainee follows the training on a computer, tablet or mobile device via internet. The advantage is that trainees do follow the course at any time and from any location at their most effective convenience. E-learnig offers a large number of advantages because it does not have any planning constraints regarding trainer time, location arrangements and or group assembly. E-learning is only a full fleche learning technique when content and format are tailored towards the training requirements and training audience at stake. Therefore Précon operates an in house E-leaning factory consisting of educational professionals as well as subject experts. This E-learning factory operates its dedicated E-learning portals www.precon-learning.com and for the Arabic world pme-elearning.com. This way also requirements beyond the industry boundaries or geographic boundaries are feasible challenges for the team.
Blended learning
Often a combination of the different learning techniques is most effective. To create insight in a certain subject trainees could start to learn the basic elements through E-learning and complete to master the subject through a number of workshops where questions can be discussed and cases can be evaluated.
Coaching
More and more the intervention of coaching is used to enhance a manager's or a professional's competence. Précon experts love to act in such a role to share their know how and to resolve existing issues wherever they occur.
Self Evaluation
Précon does organise learning sessions for young professionals at work in the food industry. Groups of max six people assemble five to six times a year in a neutral environment to share their experiences and their issues where a Précon senior consultant serves to give guidance and advice and also to share his or her opinions on the subjects tabled.
